After replacing several plastic caps that have cracked over time, possibly due to the size of the hole and the torque the caps are subjected to when plugging in or unplugging, I decided to buy "fatter" cover. This cover is easy to install and appears to be able to handle the flex that occurs when inserting or removing a fork.

Matches perfectly with the 220v socket also sold by Leviton. It's made of aluminum rather than steel, which is great for long-term use as it won't rust if dented. All in all a good unit would definitely recommend for your workshop or even home use.

Description given: 0.25 x 5.5" x 5.94". The actual size I received was 0.25 x 4.5 x 4.5 inches. I needed a 5-6 inch cap. I can't use these mounts. I can't return them because I missed the return date while I was away. The product needs to be updated to its actual size. The description is misleading.
