First of all I love this towel rail. Appearance is perfect. It's the right size, a little smaller than it should be but perfect for the tiny towels I need it for. The downside is that it's really badly built. It's slanted because part of the towel rail falls down a bit; That means it's not at the level of your back. There is nothing you can do to fix this problem. Cheaply made but what a cute little thing. I love it for what it can be. It has been used very little as it is in my guest bathroom.

I love the streamlined style of this product and it looks very classy in my bathroom. It goes very well with the other shiny brass pieces in the room. This is very easy to use for anyone with stiff or sore fingers because the size of the hole is so big. Much easier than trying to put the towel in the ring holder you see a lot. This is a very durable product that sticks very firmly to the wall so you don't have to worry about it peeling off the wall over time.

Looks good installed but would have a few questions. The support bar had small dents on the top and bottom edges, possibly from a vise or something else holding the metal while it was being finished. The rear bar was also slightly bent. The installation guide was a small piece of paper showing in general terms how to install a single post towel rail.
