They actually looked a little different than the picture. The photo looks more like suede. The blanket does not look like suede. But I like it. The difference is more than acceptable. The blanket is beautiful, elegant, soft. As a single man, I feel this brings a touch of class to my bedroom. They are light. The picture made me think the blanket would be heavy and hot, but it wasn't. It's a good weight and so comfortable. I am very satisfied with this set and can only recommend it.

The bedding set does not match the picture and the color is very different. I went dark brown on dark brown, not cream on brown as pictured. Even the picture on the box matches the ad, but the blanket inside doesn't. Nice blanket but not what I ordered. The colors presented convinced me to buy this set. I literally just received it and opened it straight away, I had it in less than five minutes. I looked at the reviews before buying but they were 50/50 so I made my mistake.

We are busy decorating for our fall guests and I had to change the colors in this room to reflect the more traditional fall/winter colors . I agree with some of the other reviews, the duvet is not as "fluffy" as the picture shows. I found fluffing it up for 10 minutes (low heat) helped and reduced some of the wrinkles of the original packaging. Once on the bed, smoothing out the remaining wrinkles was very easy for me. It was terrible! I have purchased Madison Park bedding before and have been *very* happy with the quality. I literally opened it up, took one look at the brown diaper that most bedspreads and pillowcases are made of, immediately packed it up and sent it back. Looked VERY cheap! I was outraged.
