This is the best I've ever bought. I tore all the ends in my ankle so I sit a lot. It keeps my neck from hunching forward and the hood drops far enough to block all light. Not to mention that it is very soft!

I'm going on a trip and I was excited when I opened it because it's so soft and cute! The only reason I wanted this was because the hood piece would at least cover the eyes a bit. With the hood on, it barely covered my hairline, so it doesn't make any sense to me.

Nice neck pillow. Two things: 1. When it arrived the neck pillow was crumpled into a ball in a rolled up plastic bag and had no label or tag attached to it. Strange. I wanted to ask if it is new or used. 2, the back of the pillow should be firmer and thicker to support the neck, instead it is heavier/thicker towards the pillow arms that wrap around the front of the neck. It's uncomfortable like wearing a neck brace. I'll have to use this on my 18 hour flight to see how it holds up. There will…
