Bought this for my wife. The first thing I noticed when it arrived was that it was missing a screw to make it work properly. The quality control is very disappointing.

After returning and receiving a replacement for this item. I was finally able to place it and it fit perfectly, I just had to adjust how far I wanted it to hang. It keeps everything I need in place. Good product!

This item does not measure 11.25 inches from hooks to base. It's closer to 18". It's too high and (in case I missed something?) not adjustable. "Hands" slide, but they can't be locked to a specific length. The only way to do this is there in adding beads as spacers to make it shorter (yellow arrow).

I was looking for something similar to store dishes in the kitchen. I don't have a lot of drawer space and I like to keep my counters as simple and minimalist as possible. I had to put a piece of cardboard on the bottom to keep the dishes from sliding into the holes, but I'm very happy with this product! For this purpose it works great. I'm surprised I couldn't find a product advertised for this purpose!

It turned out exactly how I hoped it would. I have some hair tools that were in a mess and it's handy to keep in my bathroom. Arrived as expected and appears to be well made. The only thing that would be nice would be if it could be adjusted to different heights, but overall it's a useful product. Mine hangs outside because all my closets have shelves so keep that in mind if you're buying one of these. I recommend!

After reading people complaining about the length issue, I spent some time measuring the size of my closet to make sure it would fit (reviews help folks - spread the word! ) – and I got it right! And I'm very happy with the end result! Instead of searching the depths of my bathroom for this or that tool, I now have easy access to all of them! It's good for my eyes to see all the hair tools so organized and so much Free space! Good product!

I bought this cabinet thinking the bathroom cabinet was a pretty standard size. I have a double sink with 4 cabinet doors and drawers between the 2 sinks. Even though the basket fits the closet door and is the correct width of the closet door, I could not close it because the edges of the basket are curved and interfere with the hinges.
