Made of very thin steel. It was easy to assemble, but after assembling it, I noticed that it's crooked. I tried bending it a bit to get it straight which only made the whole thing brittle requiring retightening of the screws causing it to become crooked again. While I like the design, this item is very cheaply made and I would not recommend it.

The MyGift Free Standing 3 Tier Metal Towel Rack is just what I needed. My parents live with me temporarily and I needed a place to hang my towels. This lightweight towel rack is easy to move and doesn't take up much space while still holding 3 towels. It also has a small shelf at the bottom where you can store dry towels. I don't like building things but this rack was very easy to assemble. White is also very beautiful.

It's cheap but does the job if all parts fit as you expect. Assembly went well until one of the four plastic legs was smaller than the others and too small to stay in the hole provided. The instructions said to email the seller, which I did twice but never received a reply or a replacement. It was very disappointing. Choose another seller who cares enough to help and buy from them.

Unit holds 3 towels but towel rails are too close together. This can be a problem if you typically use large, heavy towels. Assembly was easy, just follow the instructions provided. All parts are connected together with an Allen key (included). The device is lightweight and tends to warp a bit as you put heavier loads on it. However, this can be an advantage if your floors are not perfectly level. You can rotate the device to fit the floor and tighten the screws.

Wow, that was annoying. When assembling the bottom shelf I thought the thread was stripped. In fact, cap nuts for threaded bolts have the wrong diameter and/or the wrong pitch! In layman's terms, acorn nuts do not tighten on shelf threads because they are the wrong size. A wonderful man from Ace Hardware found the correct flare nuts as shown in the attached photo: 1/4"-20. What kind of company sends you the wrong parts?!

This towel rail wobbled and dangled after assembly. I saw that the countersinks were the problem as the 4 bolts for the bottom post were too deep. I used 4 small washers wider than the dimples to keep the bolts from going too deep and that fixed the problem. I would have thought someone at the production quality control station would have found and corrected this flaw in the design. I was dissatisfied with having to add parts to make something serviceable!

Sounds like a great design. The problem is that he is very thin. The bottom shelf looked like it would give if I put anything heavier than a couple of towels on it, rendering it unusable. The towels were not high enough to clean the shelf. So if they get wet when you drape them, they will stain the clean towels you folded on the shelf.
