Unable to mount shelf due to incorrect threads on acorn nuts
Wow, that was annoying. When assembling the bottom shelf I thought the thread was stripped. In fact, cap nuts for threaded bolts have the wrong diameter and/or the wrong pitch! In layman's terms, acorn nuts do not tighten on shelf threads because they are the wrong size. A wonderful man from Ace Hardware found the correct flare nuts as shown in the attached photo: 1/4"-20. What kind of company sends you the wrong parts?!
