👟 New Balance M880GY8 Performance Running Shoe 880V8 Review

Please note that the color shown in the main image will not match the color you will receive. It shows a blue boot with an orange one underneath, but you get a gray boot. I prefer to keep the shoes to myself as I don't really care about the color but it's definitely a bit disappointing to expect one and get the other. Just wanted to make sure it wouldn't bother anyone.

I have wide feet and struggle to find comfortable running shoes and have tried many brands. New Balance have always made good wide options, but I've been buying Asics for a couple of years and have found them to be better. Unfortunately, Asics changed their design and the toe box is too narrow even on the 4E. The 880v8 is almost identical to the 880v7 (which I had 5 pairs of) so I returned this item. However, as a friend who runs in the 880 line, I can say that this is probably the best mid-cushioned neutral shoe that NB makes. IMO much better than the 1080 line.
