I bought it as a birthday gift, the quality is good but it's too big. according to your size grid 9.5 the size was 15.9 cm. but arrived 18 cm am very disappointed. They only offer return option but from my country it is not possible.

Great for my 18 month old baby with very wide feet. When the Velcro is open, the boot opens very wide to easily slip a small child's foot in, even if it doesn't help. I didn't want to spend that much but they are worth every penny considering how well they fit and how easy they are to put on. I used the new balance chart and measured my son's foot length.
