So far I'm not impressed but will update this review after using it more. You can have a jet of water come out of the center of the shower head, but I don't find that very practical. Another setting gives you a wide ring/circle of water with no water in the middle. I think it would be preferable if he gave either a smaller ring of water or a wide ring but also with water in the middle.
