We were very happy when we got it to replace our old system because it worked and saved a lot of downloaded games. Then things quickly went downhill. After 3 uses it stopped reading discs and then stopped sending videos but still had sound. Video comes and goes now. You never know if it will work when you turn it on. The discs still won't load and eject just enough that I can barely grab and pull the disc out.

The controller is almost unusable. It's either a motion sensor or a controller, but I can't seem to get it to work properly with the screen when selecting options. When I'm in game it seems to work better. The online troubleshooter suggested that this might be due to the fact that it's a non-Nintendo copy controller. I can't find the serial number, maybe it's in there. It's taken me so long to get this console and it was such a late Christmas present that I just don't have the energy to fix it.

When my package arrived I was very upset and found several items were missing. All three items are included in the set. Firstly, there is no stand for the console, which is very handy when placed according to Nintendo's recommendations. Second, the remote control's silicone case was missing, which is very important for maintaining control of the remote control. Third, and probably most importantly, if I want to save my TV screen, the remote control doesn't have a wrist strap. The console works…
