I bought this for my mom. She says it's the best memory foam pillow she's ever had. She loves this business. That's the perfect length. In the end she got a second one.

I love the softness and size of this pillow; But I bought it for my computer chair but since it tips over when attaching it to the chair it doesn't quite suit my needs. I kept it because I thought I might need it anyway, but I had to return the pillow.

I had back problems after playing basketball. So I went to Amazon and bought five different back pillows. This was the most uncomfortable. It is too hard. The best I have (Softeze), soft and comfortable, I use it when driving and I like it. This is the Nova I'm currently using on my home office chair as I write this. It's too stiff and uncomfortable and will most likely end up in the trash as I see no point in it.

This is the hardest memory foam I've ever come across - it has brick memory - there's no way I can use this product. There is some kind of strap on the outer case with a connecting buckle - really! "You want your head to rest on a pillow with a buckle underneath - although that's like putting your head on a brick, it doesn't matter if there's gravel under the brick. this has a very small width compared to the standard cushion width. I cannot recommend this product.
