I have these and Medela reusable nursing pads. These circles are larger but flatter so they sit better under clothing. Unlike the Medela brand, they stay nice and smooth even after washing. I've been using it for 2 months now and it holds up well to washing. I would definitely buy again. Attached is a photo of this brand versus another (both are 2 months old and have been washed many times. This one stays nice and flat).

This is a great alternative to disposable pads. First I had to wash them twice before use to get rid of the smell of the material, but after they were clean I could use them right away. They don't match exactly, but they won't clump together if you play around with them a bit. They are 100% waterproof and come in cute colors! I had no idea how big they were going to be so it was kind of a surprise. They are bigger than my palm. But other than that, they're great. The plastic backing keeps them from getting wet like my other pads do. They're a bit uncomfortable to wear under a thin nursing bra during the day, as the edges crease enough to show under a shirt. I wear them mostly at night. As an update, my son is now almost 9 months old and they have become my favorite nursing pads at night. The plastic backing is great
