NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Brow Glue: Extreme Hold Eyebrow Gel Review

I have tried brew soap and this glue outshines brew soap. This brow glue helps keep your brows fluffy and even all day long. I use that first and then fill in my brows and love it! It's a staple in my bag and I use it every day. Whether I'm wearing makeup or not, I need Nyx brow glue!

As you can see in the photo above I am missing hair on the upper arch. Just using the gel before I fill in the brow pencil, you can see I was able to move a few hairs around to fill in the empty spots. I have a very oily face and the hair/gel stays in place

I like this brow glue as it's a little sticky rather than watery so you can shape your brows before it dries. I love combing through a clean mascara brush and using my finger to press the hairs into my skin to give my clients and I a perfect, long-lasting hold throughout the day. I love this product!

I LOVE this product! I apply it to dry brows in the morning, let it dry, continue with the rest of my makeup, then go back to the brow pencil to fill it in. It keeps the brows in place all day long! Because it is transparent, it is easy to apply. and practical error protection. After drying, it leaves no dried pieces and is easy to wash off. My brows look full and like I just laminated them, this product is so good!

The gel has a slightly milky tint which means I have to be very careful on dark brows to blend well. The hold isn't very strong in my opinion, mainly due to the viscosity, more of a jelly than waxy texture. I find this product extremely overpriced, which is what I expected from Dollar Store Cosmetics. Based on the title I figured it would help keep my brows in place. I've used it 3 times and other than letting you brush your brows first, it has no holding power at all. I'm going back to the trick I learned from the makeup artist: an old toothbrush and some hairspray.

Okay, let's talk about a product I never knew I needed. This is a game changer if you think eyebrows are as important as I do! Hair no longer flies in all directions. LOVE!
