doesn't grip socket hex heads well

The socket depth is too shallow and needs to be deeper as it can rip off the hex head of the socket if you're not too careful, although it works and that's all there is matters when it's you when you're in a hurry to set up your trailer quickly

Serious? - Jacks and Sway Bars

Why on Earth are you reading a review on RV Drill Adapters? That's not a TV, that's a computer. This is neither a film nor a book. Why do you need an assessment? Do you have a camper, RV or trailer with manual scissor jacks? If so, do you have an adapter for it? Either way, get them. Stop reading reviews about Revain.

Easier than finding an outlet and adapter

It makes it easier to line up the road trailer for that old man with a sore leg. Use a cordless drill, not a percussion gun. Set the torque low and make sure the first jack is still touching the block when they are all down. I bought a 20V drill for this task, but an 8V screwdriver will probably do the trick.

  • Sleek design

level deal. for camper parts & accessories

Heavy Guys. These sockets carry some weight like impact sockets. The edges of the shank are undefined, a bit rounded, but precisely cut in my impact wrench and just tapped great. To update; they rust easily and the shanks are small enough to fit in a Dewalt 20v impact wrench. I will switch to another brand.

Come on. This is an outlet.

Only one socket. That was a cool idea. I mean we all have outlets but I was too slow to think about it. When this showed up at the side of the page I bought it and they said I hooked it up to a cordless drill and it was a lot quicker and easier. as Jack's old hand crank. But be careful because when it reaches the end it may hurt your wrist if you are not ready.

worked fine Can withstand an increase in socket insert depth.

The female adapter worked fine when I first used it on my small caravan. Significantly quicker than the hand tool that comes with the trailer. The depth of the nest itself may be slightly greater. It only slides about half the nut of the scissor jack. I think a little more depth would be an improvement and reduces wear. Nice to get two at this price!

Cheaply made but works (update)

A bit cheap, was disappointed, straight out of the case one of them fell apart. I never used it and the holding magnet was already missing. Fits my hammer drill and seems to fit my jack stands on my RV well. Will update later if it breaks, but so far so good. They work great without a magnet but just disappointed that they were broken on arrival. (Update) Save your money. The second eventually fell apart after a few dozen uses, just moving the sway bars up and down, no real torque. Wouldn't…

Save time on van parts and accessories

They work well for me although I've only used them on one trip so far. To do this, 4 trestles had to be lowered and raised again after 5 days. Works as expected, didn't break. Also, I have spares in case one of them breaks. I don't mind turning by hand, but using a cordless drill is much quicker and more effortless. I've also noticed that other people with caravans use a drill press instead of a crank. Prior to purchase, my wife rotated the stabilizers as I plugged and unplugged them, so I…
