So if you're sensitive to green stuff, you don't realize how much more environmentally friendly this material is compared to paper or styrofoam products. I bought a whole box of these (1000 cups). I drink a lot of coffee and take it with me every day on the street. One of the main uses for them was to warm up my coffee. Every time I tried, the cup would burn at the bottom and give off an unpleasant burning smell. I only heat in a conventional microwave for 1 minute. Obviously the bottom "rim" is separated from the liquid glass. Paper will burn in the microwave unless liquid surrounds it. The bottom base is designed to stand up easily. It's not…
