Love love love my pillow. I'm not pregnant so I don't use it for that. It's like a supportive cocoon. When my back hurts, I sleep on my pillow and it gives me support. I use it even when I'm not in pain. I use it all the time! I even told my cousin about it, she bought one and loves it too.

I ordered this cover for my pillow because the zipper broke on the first after the first few months and I needed a replacement. And this zipper broke 2 days after putting it on. Therefore, covers are cheap and don't last long. Luckily I'm only a month and a half pregnant and will be sleeping on my stomach again!

I had a pillow insert from my first pregnancy and it worked well although the monster took up a lot of space in our bed. Poor husband. But you know. We bought the case because the liner ripped and since using it again we wanted to "stop the bleeding". It's all right. I don't like pressure, but that's not the point.
