Great learning puzzles!

These are great educational puzzles that will keep my 3 year old entertained. old and 6 years old. old. Ideal for developing fine motor skills and recognition, as well as working on addition, subtraction and spelling. Love the bright colors and the picture with the relevant information under each puzzle piece.

Pros

Cons
  • Functionality

Best for ages 3+

I bought this for my 20 month old daughter but she is still too small for numbers and letters. Number and letter puzzles are probably best for children three years and older. The shapes of the puzzle pieces also seem a little tricky to figure out where they fit. Eventually she will be able to use them.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Sturdy and colorful

Great set for two years of teaching numbers, letters, shapes and colours. The boards are just the right depth to hold the pieces in place and allow all the pieces to come out at once. The boards are strong enough to support her 28 pounds. jumping on the mat with weights. I think a nice upgrade would be to add a pocket on the back so you can store the parts.

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Some flaws

Letters, numbers and shapes oh my god

My son loves it. Smaller pieces than I expected but still good. What I didn't like when opening one of the puzzles was that a small piece of wood broke off and I hope this isn't the beginning of what is to come. I erased a letter my son dropped in the bathroom and the paint came off too. I'm hanging on because he's obsessed with letters and numbers, and I'd break his heart if I didn't.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Wonderful purchase!

My son is obsessed with this. Obsession is a massive understatement. I keep them at the top of the closet for the little details, but if he ever gets sad or needs a distraction, I put these little ones down and he *freaks out* (in a good way). He's 20 months old so only knows a few shapes and a few numbers/letters but the look on his face when he's playing with these puzzle boards makes him worth every penny, if not a penny.

  • GOLS Certificate

I really want to like it

This product is not made in America and is very flashy. Not only on the label on the packaging, but also on the product itself. A circle means round and a rectangle means rectangular. In the case of a semicircle, this means semicircular. It also says "basketball" for B, but has an image of a beach ball. These should be educational products for toddlers. Such things can be very confusing for young children. In general I am very disappointed.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Some bugs

Do not buy for jigsaw puzzles

I bought these jigsaw puzzles for kindergarten to add to my collection. The children played with them. When they were done my assistant wiped them down with a damp cloth because of Covid. The next day all the letters and numbers were glued together. I'm sending them back and hopefully getting a full refund. I do not recommend this product. We delete all of our Lakeshore and Mellissa & Doug puzzles and have never had this problem. I wonder if the color they use is suitable for kids?!?!

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

Not for toddlers

I think it's a good learning tool but my 15 month old son can't use numbers or letters because it's a serious choking hazard. He can almost fit the whole number 8 in his mouth! The ad is confusing because it says it helps kids learn, but then the pack says it's valid for 36 months? I do not recommend this product for younger toddlers who put everything in their mouths. I know the paint is non-toxic but I have no idea what kind of paint it is? This is because my son chewed them. This is a good…

Tiny and the paint is peeling off.

first let me say my son loves it. Possessed might be a better word. The problem is that they (letters) are smaller than 1" x 2" for singular numbers. The color comes off very easily. He loves to chew on his toys and many of the letters are missing color. We've had them for less than a week. When I took out the figures for disinfection, as well as the letters, part of the paint was completely wiped away. Which makes me not give it to him. So. A great idea. Not great quality. I'll look for a more
