🕶️ Revant Compatible Polarized Replacement Lenses for Monster Review

I ordered these to replace my Oakley Monsterdog lenses which have been scratched from life's hard work. At first I was very curious about the optics of the lenses. The combination of red, orange and yellow in the lenses looked cool but familiar. Please note these are NOT Oakley lenses. When fitting the lenses I got them dirty and by nature I took a good old glass cleaner and started cleaning the lenses. When cleaning the lenses, the lens coating came off a bit. This is my third pair of these. I love their product but if you leave your sunglasses in the car like everyone else the tint on the lenses will start to peel off. Apparently it's from the heat. This happened to my first pair and I will say this, they rectified the situation by sending me replacement lenses free of charge. This also happened to the second pair! So don't leave your sunglasses in the car! I'm on my third pair but I'm getting my sunglasses out of the car!

Given the cost compared to Oakley lenses, that's a lot. Confirmed they are polarized lenses after some reviews suggested they ordered polarized lenses but received regular lenses. They don't fog up, the vision is clear, the tint of green lenses is fantastic. I don't wear them long enough and I've had no incidents to rate their durability (sitting or stepping on them etc) but they fit my frames easily and I have no reason to believe they won't stand up to normal wear and tear. . Here's the thing, the inner coating of my old lenses was peeling off for a while making it really difficult to see through them. They still worked in terms of polarity, but the matte finish was peeling and difficult to work with. THESE are NOT real Oakleys though (obviously), but neither is the quality. Bought to replace my original Monster Dog lenses. Decided to roll the dice on fakes. Should have just spent the money on Oakley lenses. They're thinner and less tinted than Oakley lenses, and the reflective coating on the outside has started to wear off. So it's not very good. Also, the polarization (perhaps?) distorted my peripheral vision enough to give me a headache for several weeks. Nothing too uncomfortable, but not what I've experienced with other polarized lenses. I've had matte black Oakley Monster Dog sunglasses for a number of years. They came with non-polarized black lenses. I have a strong sensitivity to the sun and without good sunglasses it can often cause a headache. As an Oakley enthusiast I only wear these glasses. I am very happy with these interchangeable lenses. At first I was afraid that they would be badly sharpened and give worse quality of vision, but they are in no way inferior to the originals. I'm glad I bought them because I love these particular frames that are no longer made and I can't get Oakley lenses for them. In fact, I've already added a few other colors to my wish list.
