The product is excellent and has no odor. The only complaint is that all four came in a large box with no packaging and a few lids were a bit loose but thankfully nothing spilled. I have a feeling the lids will need to be sealed with tape or something for shipping. The rest of the product is of good quality.

I love his cleaning, I have 3 kids who play sports and I no longer feel guilty about doing tons of laundry. The powder dissolves even in cold water, contains no phosphates and is packed in a cardboard box with a minimum of plastic. It says 'commercial' but I only use half a scoop per charge and it's indistinguishable from the old free and clear 7th gen I used before.

Sand or undissolved detergent is left behind with every load. We don't see it in the washing machine the way we see it after the towels and clothes have dried. After completion, the dryer is filled with fine white sand. Tried many loads from cold water to very hot and even disinfection. Even an extra rinse.
