Very soft, well sewn and does not crease. We haven't washed it yet so we know how it will hold up. My daughter is petite 6 years old. The shoulders rest, as does the waistband and elasticated waistband. I would recommend.

My 10 year old girl loves this dress, she is skinny so sometimes it's too big for her so we ordered 10 and it's actually a bit small in the front , but it doesn't really matter because she wears longer white shorts anyway since she's always doing wheels. It's very cute and well made.
