I love Silkin Flash and Go. My dermatologist actually recommended it, his wife has been using it for years. I brought it to him, he showed me how to use it, I had almost no facial hair. I ordered 3 pcs. Replacement cartridge, one does not work. I am currently using the latter. I wrote and informed Revine that a cartridge had failed. I never received an answer. If you use lightning floss and walk regularly, you know that spare bulbs either hit or miss. One lasts a long time, but you only get the next one a few times with it. I love my underarms and bikini flare. Doesn't work well with my facial hair and there is too much room on my legs. I no longer get razor burn in my bikini area because the flash really helped stop hair growth. But be aware that once you stop using your hair, it will grow back!

I use it in the winter and don't have to shave all summer. We live by the lake in the summer, so I wear a bathing suit all day. Some fine hairs will appear. I use it a few times in the summer just to touch up. I used to shave every other day. I haven't shaved in two years. The more you use it, the less you need. You can't do that with one shot. Best thing I've ever done for my vanity.

I have replaced these bulbs 3 times in 2 years. I bought this set expecting them to use it the same way but was disappointed. I used 1 bulb on both arms (elbow to arm only) and when I came back to use them a week later it was time to replace. The second bulb has already outlived the first. Why inconsistency? I use them at the same power level every time.

So I bought these a few months ago because I saw them and thought wow, they're cheap! I just opened one up and used it. I couldn't get more than 45 punches out of him before he died. Every time we receive such an order, the bulb breaks after the first use or two. We tried to replace it AGAIN and we never got a replacement. These things are rated for 1000 charges and we can't even get them to work for 2 days. It is totally unacceptable NOT to replace them if the product is faulty. Don't get me wrong, it helps remove hair, but if it should hold up more than once and they don't, it's the manufacturer's fault, not the consumer's.
