Heavily disappointed.

The wood used for this staircase is medium to poor. Production damage has been "fixed" by filling the holes with cheap putty that comes out on day one leaving sharp edges that are now at risk of being cut and chipped when attempting to use the ladder. We bought the complete Ninja line, all other products are great and made of metal and plastic, unfortunately this wooden ladder is junk!

Good sagging rope ladder

This rope ladder is wide and strong enough for my 13 year old son to climb on. The only downside I see is that there has to be another tier above the top one. My son is tall enough that he's starting to climb onto the current top step using his hands. In this case, even my older son can easily grab the slack rope above the stairs. His younger, smaller cousins climb it but can't seem to reach the loose strap above it or the nearest accessory.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Useless features

My son loves it, it annoys me.

My son got a Ninja Slackline for Christmas and we decided to add one to him for his birthday. It's disappointing that it doesn't attach like the rest of the grips. I just don't understand why they changed the design. Our slackline isn't that far off the ground due to my son's height, so we had to go around the ladder at least 10 times and it's still dragging the ground. It just annoys me in general but my son loves to climb, sit and swing on it etc. It's really hard for him to transition from…

Perfect ladder with slack

My daughter loves the ladder in addition to the slack. I made some changes, they all took 5 minutes and it's awesome! When the ladder appeared, it hung low and the last rung was on the ground. I just undid the knots and moved the steps/stairs where we wanted. I prefer to place the top two further back so the kids have enough room to climb up and sit down. You can arrange them however you like and tie additional knots under the rungs to further shorten the ladder. The stairs changed everything…

Versatile and excellent.

Added to our Ninjalin. It's super long. My kids are only 6 so we connected it in a non recommended way but it seems to be working great. We tie the top bar. The fishing line does not bend and goes where there are no loops closer to the ratchet. Just know it's long. It requires no brackets and fills the space on the ninjaline perfectly. If I had kids of different sizes it would be a lifesaver because it's pretty easy for them to climb up and jump off. They spend a lot of time hanging from it…

Six foot ladder with four feet of extra rope. Attention buyers

I bought this in September for our planned tree house. Two months later (dad wasn't the most conscientious builder on the schedule) we've just completed the treehouse's floor platform, which sits 10 feet off the ground. This ladder will be just right. . Except it's a six-foot ladder. At the top he has four feet of extra rope. This is perfect for letting my child walk 2/3 of the way to their amazing tree house. Perhaps this could be a bitter life lesson for him. Or a way for him to work on his…
