. You have to get your foot to grab onto them. but actually np.

. Runs half a size bigger I ordered 12, I really need 11. My foot is 11.5. find out. Note, however, that they do not cover your open heel bones. looks more like sandals. therefore not a good choice for a lawnmower. I had old-school camouflage-style slugger slippers. they stopped making them perfect. though not black. they were like 2 dollars more. These sluggers are good, but not great. just not the best choice on wet grass or snow. As far as I remember, even the camouflage was slippery in the…

Replaced my Merrells for a quarter the price

I've only had Dr. Martens 1460s in everyday life and Merrell Encores around the house. My last Merrells expired after about two years of daily use, the entire shoe had lost support but the most annoying thing was the heel support kept giving out. I started reading reviews of indoor and outdoor slippers and saw these sloggers. . My wife tried to get me to wear crocs because she liked them, but every croc look I tried felt uncomfortable or ugly. Ordered Sloggers and am just as satisfied as if…

good garden shoes - wait. GREAT garden clogs!

I've had them for a week now and they seem to be doing what I want. They are very comfortable and I can wash them (inside and out) when they get dirty. The insole is removable. I need shoes without holes (so no Crocs). So far I have worn old LL Bean winter clogs that get too hot in summer. They were a bit pricey but I couldn't find anything close to this style. I will wear them every day and hope they last a long time. Update: I wear them almost every day and they are very comfortable. When…

Quality shoes for your money.

I bought it for gardening. I usually wore comfortable sandals, but I didn't like getting my feet dirty when I was gardening or mowing the lawn. I like something that I can easily put on and take off. I often walk around the garden barefoot but when it's cold, damp and muddy I'm less prone to it and we have some areas with sharp rocks so it's nice to have something to slip on and a quick walk across the lawn or similar to deal with that. . I usually wear a loose size 11 and went for a size 12…

Replacing my Birkenstocks

Just upgraded my 1 acre lawn. it was dirty as hell. They're perfect for gardening but are so comfortable and good looking that I'm replacing my Birkenstocks with them. these are not crocodiles. They are durable and made of rubber material that won't break down like crocs. Crocodiles are actually filled with little bubbles in plastic that give them their initial comfort. the blisters burst and the shoes break quickly. Once worn out, crocodiles do more harm than good.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some difficulties
