I bought these after carefully researching children's electric (non-battery) toothbrushes. I gifted it to my 9 year old daughter and she loves using it. Setting up the brush was very easy and the charging station/stand is compact and easy to put on. The included app is very useful for encouraging healthy brushing habits, the character uses it to brush their teeth, showing them where to brush etc. There are no complaints from any child, they have taken to this brush well - there are two modes that help the child get used to the electric toothbrush (1 minute / 2 minutes). Left without charger for 2 days, still worked great. The handle of the toothbrush is a good size for my child that she can grip well.

Bought for my 6 year old daughter who brushes her teeth well but doesn't always manage to do it in two minutes. The app makes it really interactive and encourages them to brush their teeth. Getting my child to brush their teeth has always been a problem. After we switched to this model, things became easier. He loves the app that comes with a toothbrush and all the rewards. Since I bought this brush I haven't had to whine about my teeth anymore. He does not complain of pain when brushing his teeth as he suffers from a sensory processing disorder. My daughter loves this toothbrush and especially the app! I have no complaints about Sonicare brushes but I think I have to share why we switched my daughter to this brush: We used to have an Oral B rotating brush that we bought her from the dentist. The brush head has a hole halfway (roughly where your lips would be when brushing your teeth). I would make sure that she or I rinse her toothbrush after brushing her teeth.
