Do not buy. Weak design. The son almost got hurt when it clicked. Would like a return.

Need a refund! Very weak. Already broken. Waste of over $100 of my hard earned money. Durability gets zero stars. Isn't that what I should do? My son doesn't have a gaming chair at the moment. Was a Christmas present. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My son almost got hurt when it broke.

GOOD GAMING CHAIR, GOOD PRICE

Santa brought this chair to my son and he says it's just what he needs to get through the long days of gaming. He loves the look and feel and we elves appreciate that it was pretty easy to put together. The ease of assembly would have gotten 5 stars if the instructions and especially the parts list were clearer, but we got through it without too much trouble.

Randomly falls down

I really liked this chair for the first few months, but now the height randomly drops while I'm sitting in it. I get up and go back to max height but it starts to drop again. The only way to stop it is to leave it on the lowest setting, but then it's too low for me. I also had to add cushions to the armrests because they are not comfortable at all.

Broken, already want to return

Very nice that you sent me replacement hands for faulty broken hands that are here or there, but the new hands they sent me do not match the existing hands, you cannot replace existing guns any spare parts you have sent. There is no way to access the screw on the bottom of the levers already present, this is not a solution for unusable parts sent.
