I smoke a lot on a Traeger smoker and these tray and grate combos are EXACTLY what I need to get food off the tray and the to circulate air around the food. The variety of sizes is perfect for my use, they are easy to clean, they are very durable and I hope for many years of their service. Thank you TeamFar for your innovations and your products.

I'm tired of carefully scrubbing teflon-coated baking sheets. I also don't think cooking on aluminum is particularly healthy. I really like these stainless steel sheets. Everything I cooked came off easily without sticking and I can start cleaning without worrying about scratching the surface. They're pretty cheap too. I am planning to buy another separate sheet in a larger size. I don't regret this purchase one bit.

I researched many baking trays in search of nickel-free stainless steel. Most stainless steels are 18/8 (8% nickel). Nickel is bad for you and shouldn't be used in any kitchen utensil in my opinion! We typically only use wooden utensils and clean with a non-abrasive sponge. These hold up great! Yes, they warp in the oven. However, if you want to avoid this, you can preheat the baking sheet (in other words, put it in the oven while the oven is preheating). This is a simple expansion/compression.

I bought these specifically because they are dishwasher safe, rust free and durable. After using the pan in the oven, they made a popping sound and the whole pan warped in the oven. I could barely get the pan out without spilling hot liquid (barbecue sauce) all over the place because the sheet kept deforming as I tried to balance and pull it out of the oven. It is NOT durable. After the pan finally cooled and returned to its *somewhat* original shape, I put it in the dishwasher and it got rusty

These appear to be good quality baking sheets and biscuit holders although I have not used them. That's the only reason I keep them because I bought them for my toaster and the big sheet is too big for any toaster I've ever seen.
