Expensive and mediocre

So this is my second high-end NVMe. I wanted to try a brand other than Samsung. A couple of complaints: Ceramic on one side only. Only half of the IC has this surface. I'm not getting the advertised 4GB/s speeds. There are a number of factors here. First, there is no "optimized" controller driver like Intel or Samsung have. I have an older z97, which is probably also due to the fact that not all PCI slots are 3.0. My maximum speed is 3200 MB/s. Team Group's own tests rate it as terrible, but…

Top 5 fastest but hottest comes with area

. This drive allows Windows to boot. When running tests, the drive peaked at 73°C, and after a pause, the drive only reached 68°C. It is said that for durability, these discs should not be operated above 60°C, otherwise you risk shortening their lifespan. I added an EL-2280C heatsink and extended the tests for a long time, the drive does not work above 58C. If you spend money, please put a heater on it. The factory cooling solution is better than the ceramic version but deserves an upgrade to…

Super fast! Very important!

To be honest I didn't even know what an M2 SSD was until I ordered the Mobo MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon. Did a little research and found that they are MUCH faster than SATA HDDs and SATA SSDs since they connect directly to the mobile device. Did some more research and compared the prices with the Samsung (EVO) version. I was able to buy a 1TB M2 from TeamGroup/T-Force in the mid-range data rates because it was only $20-$30 more (at the time). I will never go back to SATA again! My OS (Win10)…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Upgradable

I bought this M2 SSD based on tests I saw, durability due to the Phision controller etc, but now that my system is using this SSD is configured and I tested it many times, I only got 1700 MB/s reading and 1500 MB/s writing. You can see that these are your systems (x370MB, Ryzan 7 1700, 32GB RAM). To also prove that it is an M2SSD, I have a Samsung 970EVO Plus, which can read 3000 MB/s and write 2900 MB/s on my systems. Here's a reason not to buy from Teamgroup. I contacted their support about…

Super Fast - Internal SSDs

This is one of the cheapest 1TB M.2 SSDs out there right now, and it's amazing. Speeds are excellent, and much faster than some of the higher-end M.2 SSDs out of the box. After running CrystalDiskMark, my results were either equal to or better than the Samsung 970 EVO. In practice, Windows takes almost no time to load, Monster Hunter World takes no more than 45 seconds per loading screen to load, and applications usually load much faster and faster. Given the long lifespan as well as the long…

no Spend €10 more.

I used NVME disks. I know what I am doing. bios? doesn't recognize it. The only way it's detected is if I enable NVME raid. Then when I go into Windows and format it, it looks like it works, but it just doesn't work. I've spent hours trying to get this thing to write files but windows just started saying it's no longer on my system and with diskpart it didn't show up there except in explorer? If I ran Crystalmark it would just say 0 on all tests, but the tests still pass like a normal test…
