I love the feedback the scale gives you through the app. However, after a month the scale stopped syncing with the app on my phone. I tried resetting the app, updating my phone, etc. Nothing worked. After reviewing this product for the first time, the company approached me with suggestions on how to solve the problem. They responded very quickly and helped rectify the situation. I would buy from this company again because of the excellent customer service.

I got the thing as a fat analyzer. It works great as a scale, but doesn't analyze body fat well. By the way, you need to download the app on your phone to even access the fat analyzer.
