I love the firmness of this pillow but unfortunately after only a week the memory foam stopped rebounding and formed a trough in the support area. I've used this against the back of my work chair for several hours a day and I'm not a tall or heavy person. I've noticed that the memory foam recovers after a few hours of non-use, but the point was to use it all day.

This product can be used to make a Superb Office Chair Headrest. (That's what I use it for) It has just the right amount of padding and softness and holds its shape. The straps fit the tall, wide, and thick backrest of the office chair and stay in place. I highly recommend the product for this application. Only time will tell its durability, but it certainly looks and feels good to last.

My husband has had a mesh type back brace but he finds it doesn't support exactly where he needs it and is unreliable. So I give it to him and he finds it satisfying. It's not full back support, but if you just want support for a specific area on your back, this will work. Since it's adjustable when I use it, I prefer to put it in a higher position. The material is soft and supportive. I hope it will become more durable over time.
