I used the adhesive strips that came with it but they only lasted a few days. As a result, I filled it with tree mastic and everything worked out. Nice and useful for my purpose

My contractor installed it and I didn't understand that "installed" means it just sticks to the wall with glue. The next day it fell off the wall before anyone had used it. It's too late to return now. I would never have bought it if I knew it was so cheaply made.

I think it would be great for my kitchen towels. I liked her size. However, I went back because I didn't know there was an adhesive backing and no screw mount. The adhesive backing seems very strong and I think it would have worked, but not where I needed to install it.

I found the towel rails aren't high enough for a standard towel. I live in an apartment so I can't attach it permanently. But this one works fantastic. I put it on about 6 months ago and it's holding up well. I was a little skeptical about how well it would hold up, but it helped!

We bought this towel rail to use in the camper van bathroom and it only lasted a couple of weeks before falling off the wall. We tried attaching it with Alien double-sided tape, but that didn't work either. Otherwise everything else about it is good and works well, but the whole point is that it sticks to the wall so you can hang a small towel on it and it doesn't stay in place. I do not recommend this product.

The seller's images are misleading. If you notice that in the first picture the open bar is pointing to the left and in the second picture the open bar is pointing to the right. I bought this item because I needed an open end to the left. Now I have to mount the towel rail with the tip down instead of up. This is not what the first picture shows.
