The seller's images are misleading. If you notice that in the first picture the open bar is pointing to the left and in the second picture the open bar is pointing to the right. I bought this item because I needed an open end to the left. Now I have to mount the towel rail with the tip down instead of up. This is not what the first picture shows. I was wondering how they could point in different directions but thought the towel rail should be reversible. You should only buy this product if you need the app on the second picture. The picture of the wrong towel rail will likely be removed before this complaint is made public. I think the product will be ok. I am very dissatisfied with the picture viewer app.
