✈️ Aviator Pilot Sleeve by Van Heusen Review

I'm not a flight captain but I liked the shirt with shoulder straps. I got that. A small issue is that the material contains too much poly which makes it feel stiff. This is a great looking shirt though, well made and who knows? This may prompt me to renew my license.

I usually wear XL but I had to return XL too tight, I ordered 2XL which fit me. Unless you're really looking for a shoulder lapel shirt, I think a pure cotton shirt is often much better.

I bought this year because I have trouble keeping my suspenders from falling off my shoulders. Having the tongue on the shoulder helps solve this problem, but the tongue goes too far towards the shoulder and I was hoping it would be closer to the neck so the donor is halfway between my neck and shoulder. My neck size is 17.5 37 sleeves. The fit is ok but the length of the shirt is short. Not too short to send back, but short enough that you'll want to restrict your movements so it doesn't stick out of your pants. Nice shirt. Is that a shirt or a work shirt? I would say this shirt is versatile enough to be both. There's a pencil slot in the flap pocket, but it's not that noticeable that this shirt works clean. I'm still undecided about shoulder straps, but I prefer clothes that are different from the 'same old thing' so it should be fine.
