Product works great, no complaints. The only complaint I have is that I paid for 3 and only received 1. I contacted Amazon to get a replacement or the rest of my order which they did promptly but again only received 1. I did this the 3rd time and got 1 I mean I finally got all 3 I paid for but just wish I had them from the start. If he says 3, I should have gotten 3

When all other types of lip balm failed, this one did! The only thing that keeps my lisp soft for days without having to wear it all the time.

I saw another similar complaint but thought it was just a bug. It looks like a scam because most people don't bother sending it back (just a tiny package).
