Yes, they last a long time. ARE YOU WORTH IT?

There are several models of Japanese-style shoes, which are very convenient when you need casual indoor shoes. Furoshiki style shoes vary greatly in how they fit on the foot and how they feel throughout the day. Now the big question is, are they worth it? My father taught me to always be the best when I can. So higher quality will work better, feel better and last longer. However, there are cheaper alternatives and I feel like I made the right choice every time I've worn Furoshiki shoes.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than others

Get the right size and you'll love it too.

I LOVE these shoes! I had to return the first two pairs I ordered until I got the right fit as they were too big despite using the size chart. However, once I found the right size, I was very satisfied. The original vibrators felt uncomfortable around every finger, but this model is lightweight, comfortable, dense, dries quickly, yet is durable. I got a lot of compliments and I hope that these shoes will give me pleasure for a long time :-)

Cool, comfortable shoes (slippers), not very versatile.

I love Vibram, I already have at least 15 pairs (mainly because they wear out so quickly!) and I was intrigued when I saw the new Furoshiki model. I think I bought them with the wrong intention, I was hoping they would be more versatile but they are more suitable for indoor shoes. You can't go very fast because there is little support in front of your toes, it's a very weak little pocket and your fingers slip a little. Overall, I really like these shoes, but I wouldn't buy them again. They are…

Rubber strips fall off.

I like this article. And I love Viabrums. I still have 5 toe running shoes that I use for running after a few years. However, I've been wearing these furoshiki for 3 months now and now the rubber strips are starting to fall off the shoes, which doesn't look very nice. .I expected them to last much longer.

Funniest shoe I own

These shoes are pricey but if you want something easy to slip on and off this is a great option. They're Vibram so they're comfortable despite being thin. The material between the Vibram rubbers is very, very thin, so they don't provide adequate weather protection. I would recommend this shoe as an alternative to sandals and as a take home if you need to take something light with you.

  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Almost OK

Great, could use some extra padding

I needed a new summer casual shoe and as I like Vibram I decided to try these. My shoe size is 10.5 extra wide (US) and this men's size 44 fits me perfectly. I find the upper very comfortable and I think a light, flexible shoe would be good for foot health. My only issue was that my feet are quite sensitive and the thin sole and thin hard insole were a bit hard for me. My solution was to go to the drug store and buy a pair of inexpensive thin gel insoles (own brand) - I needed a normal women's…
