I've always wanted a pregnancy pillow. This is my third pregnancy (twins this time) and I decided to spend $40 and have some comfort while I sleep. Boy was I wrong. It's so flat! I spent $40 on something I wouldn't spend $20 on! Now I have to go and buy more stuffing for him! Waste of money, to be honest. I'm sure it will be great if I spend the extra $20 to add more padding, but I don't need to stuff an already-bought pillow that's already "stuffed". It has potential, hence the 2 stars…

Even after you've had the chance to 'air out'/puff up it's still pretty boring. It lacks the stuffing to fill it. It doesn't do much good to snuggle up on your side while sleeping. Can't decide if it's worth buying more cotton to fluff them up. Also think about the size. The model shown should be about 5ft 2" tall, I'm 5ft 6" and if I were a little taller I don't think it would be comfortable. I'll say it's pretty comfortable to sit in bed, but I didn't get it for that.

I don't like it. Everyone's body is different, but for me, the top rectangular portion feels too flat to properly support my head and neck. Specially designed for side sleeping. The lower part is too padded between the knees. In fact, my hips hurt more. I've also tried it upside down, with a rectangular piece on my knees and my usual pillows. I still didn't feel well.
