I have been watching this urn for many years and finally bought it. I was really looking forward to it and it looks great. After about 2 weeks of use, the trash can does not close completely. It has a soft close feature, which is nice, but it never fully closes again. This defeats the purpose of containing odors. I find myself manually closing it every time I come over. The gap isn't big, but I expected more from an expensive trash can. This was a huge waste of money for me.
