Globe for propaganda and lies

This globe depicts Donetsk as part of Russia, an event not recognized by anyone but Russia. It shows Taiwan as part of China and without a capital. It shows Israel as "Palestine-Israel" with Palestine written over Israel and with no capital. Please do not buy this globe. He lies to your children and indoctrinates them with some sort of agenda. Probably working for sale in North Korea.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Available in white only

The globe is just mediocre

I bought it mainly for my kids to better understand the size and location of different countries. The names of many countries are difficult to read because they are printed in pink (see image of Iceland). The smaller countries (Luxembourg, Liechtenstein) are marked with numbers, I guess the paper that came with it had names (I checked it with the box so I don't know for sure). If you look at the US, there are state borders, but they are barely visible. It's a regular globe, but I wouldn't buy…

Pros
  • One year trial

  • Definitely a bad product

The globe arrived on time and in good condition. It was well packed. Easy to assemble, only the base is quickly screwed to the frame. The globe is already assembled. It rotates a little tightly around its own axis, but I don't see that as a problem. It's a good size to fit on a shelf. After enough…

It's small and not very strong

My son who just turned seven loves all things science. By the age of 5 he knew all the planets, dwarf planets and what AU is. His wife noticed that he particularly liked watching videos about countries, capitals and country statistics. So she decided to buy this globe. I desperately needed an interactive glowing globe that would not only show the topography, but when touched with the stylus would communicate the relevant facts such as capital, currency type, spoken language, etc. But such a…
