The system I purchased was used and the condition is listed as new. This was certainly an accurate description as the game looks like it was never played. As for the system itself, it's great! I think the Wii system will remain unused alongside him other than video streaming. This is my only complaint; You have to pay to stream movies and TV shows on Xbox 360.
