Do not use with quilting templates

As described. But useless for those who want to use quilt templates as it doesn't match any of my quilt templates.

Fits the blanket under your feet and lets you move!

This fits my Juki F300 and sits high enough that I can still slip my sandwich underneath with the presser foot down, unlike other legs in the range that I've tried for low shank machines have.

Didn't fit in my car

I tested before ordering and it seemed to work, but there is no space near the needle when tightening. If I put it on backwards (yes, I was that disappointed, I tried it on backwards!), it didn't work either. I think I'll just keep trying to improve my FMQ skills on my own. This whole experiment with my rulers and the legs for her was confusing and crazy. I'm done with them.

  • No need to switch to a regular freehand foot after you're done with the ruler, simply because the visibility of this foot won't interfere with all your "casting work"

Fits my Brother SE1900

Desperate ruler leg - had to return it. Read one review that said it worked for her brother and another that said it didn't. I had to try. The KEY to getting this to work on my machine is to be SURE when installing it is pushed all the way UP before screwing it in. At first I thought it wasn't working, then I found I could increase it and that was all I needed. Very happy with them. It's tiny and see-through, my biggest worry is that I'll drop it and never find it again.

Cannot be used on my machine - too much pressure on the fabric for FMQ after attaching the presser foot.

I have a small Brother sewing machine with a low shank. Mine came with a darning foot that could be used for FMQ, but I ordered this specific foot because I wanted to try rulers with my DSM. It looks like I can't adjust the sewing foot pressure and once it's added I can ONLY move my fabric while trying to FMQ! Talk about pressure. I'm not sure if it's the design of the foot or my machine. I'm not happy I can't use this leg, but I'm not sending it back. All I can say is that the item is well…
