Safe.trade exchange either has worse support team ever or just a SCAM. The thing that I discovered - the Safe.Trade exchange have relatively small USDT wallet balances. If you withdraw the amount more than the balance, depends on time approximately 1.5 - 2K, the withdrawal would fail with status "Error" or forever "Confirming".
