Funds locked, support never responds

Safe.trade exchange either has worse support team ever or just a SCAM.



The thing that I discovered - the Safe.Trade exchange have relatively small USDT wallet balances. If you withdraw the amount more than the balance, depends on time approximately 1.5 - 2K, the withdrawal would fail with status "Error" or forever "Confirming". And it stays like this forever, funds are locked.

Funds should be released automatically when withdrawal fails due to your technical problem/reason/network overload/low balance.



I have sent multiple help requests via Zendesk, they never answer, 10 days past!

The support is not working at all.

I tried e-mail, submit request here on Zen Desk using 2 methods - no answer.

My original review of Safe.trade exchange was very negative due to the fact that my funds were locked for several days. But eventually I managaed to find the support in exchange's official Telegram group that solved my problem within a day. There still was quite a stress, so I can't recommend the exchange widely. Also, the interface doesn't works fast enough, so you have to refresh the page in order to update coin balances fast when cancelling orders.



Anyway, safe.trade has some interesting coins listed and have a right to exist.

Update: the funds are restored, I'll update the review later - I finally found the support from the admin on their Telegram channel - SafeTradeEx It was resolved within a day. So I suggest you to go there if any problems.
