I wanted to try this exchange which seemed promising, the platform is nice, the transaction fees are acceptable. Everything seemed to go well until I faced a technical problem. When I contacted the support, I quickly realized that they were very bad. Several discussions over many days didn't solve my problem. They take a very long time to respond to requests and don't seem to understand the work they do or pretend not to. Clearly, if you have a technical problem, don't expect them to help.
