I wanted to try this exchange which seemed promising, the platform is nice, the transaction fees are acceptable.

Everything seemed to go well until I faced a technical problem.

When I contacted the support, I quickly realized that they were very bad.

Several discussions over many days didn't solve my problem.

They take a very long time to respond to requests and don't seem to understand the work they do or pretend not to.

Clearly, if you have a technical problem, don't expect them to help. Whether or not it affects the assets you have on their platform.

It is best to consider your money as potentially lost if you have funds on their platform.
