I ordered during a sale, I understand there was going to be delays. I got an email on the 9th business day post ordering ensuring my order had been placed and was expected to be shipped within a week. I emailed on day 11 as when ordering the website stated during peak sale orders can take up to 10 business days to send. No response. On day 13 I got an emailed notifying of a refund. I replied to that email with no response. 5 days to receive a refund. And now have missed cut off times for delivSee full review
