Review on Kidstuff by T Bennett

I ordered during a sale, I understand there was going to be delays. I got an email on the 9th business day post ordering ensuring my order had been placed and was expected to be shipped within a week. I emailed on day 11 as when ordering the website stated during peak sale orders can take up to 10 business days to send.

No response.

On day 13 I got an emailed notifying of a refund. I replied to that email with no response. 5 days to receive a refund. And now have missed cut off times for delivery prior to Xmas elsewhere. You would think ordering online in November would make it pretty safe for an Xmas present. Do not recommend this website.
