I bought tickets for the World Cup in Qatar 6 days ago and I got no news since… I’m waiting for a confirmation (or at least any contact) from the seller so that I can book my flights and the mandatory Hayya card.

They don’t reply to emails and never pick up the phone when I call them. There is no way to get in touch with them. They charged 174€ for their fees pretending an excellent customer service… I’m starting to doubt that it’s a scam and that I’ll never receive anything…
