Avoid them at all cost! unreachable and inexistant customer service
I bought tickets for the World Cup in Qatar 6 days ago and I got no news since… I’m waiting for a confirmation (or at least any contact) from the seller so that I can book my flights and the mandatory Hayya card. They don’t reply to emails and never pick up the phone when I call them. There is no way to get in touch with them. They charged 174€ for their fees pretending an excellent customer service…
I’m starting to doubt that it’s a scam and that I’ll never receive anything… Avoid them at all costs and book from their competitors who are serious and more efficient.
They called me today and reassured me that I will receive the tickets in October and that the reseller will take care of the Hayya card.
I can't delete this review so I'm updating it with this information.
Looking forward to getting the tickets as promised. I will update my review once I get the tickets.
