I enjoyed using this exactly three times before the base began making a buzzing / humming noise while not even in use. I tried turning it off, trying another outlet, etc. The unit continue to make these concerning noises. I let my husband listen to it and he said it sounds like the transformer is defective. Whenever Roxie wears this, she gets tons of compliments. She doesn't like wearing clothes, and when I first showed this to her she thought the furry hood trim was a toy and started playing with it like it was her favorite toy squirrel.
