Good Brand of Holy Basil

So far I really like it. I had exceptionally high cortisol and got this to try to get it down. It really seems to be helping. Been taking it about a month along with Relora and been starting to feel better and be more calmer each day.

Pros

Good product fill the difference in my brain. More focus.

Cons

People swear by this for it's calming effect. I don't notice anything?
